North Plainfield Woman Identified as Victim in Metropark Pedestrian Strike

Judith Englemann was killed when she crossed in front of an Amtrak train on October 21.

A woman killed earlier this month at Metropark station has been identified as a 54-year-old North Plainfield woman.

According to a report on NJ.com, Judith Englemann was killed when she stepped in front of an Amtrak train carrying 206 passengers at 3:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 21.

A memorial service was held for her on October 26, according to the report.
