Iselin Man Indicted for Aggravated Manslaughter in FedEx Driver’s Death

James T. Cunningham, 72, was indicted Friday for the February accident in Colonia.

An Iselin man was indicted Friday for aggravated manslaughter in the Feb. 22 death of FedEx driver in Colonia, according to NJ.com.

James T. Cunningham, 72 , was charged in March with aggravated manslaughter after he struck FedEx driver, William Convery III, 43, of South Bound Brook, with his van.

Officials said Convery was delivering a package to a home near the intersection of New Dover Road and Fairview Avenue when he was struck.

Convery was trapped under Cunningham’s van and was pronounced dead when rescuers were able to pull him out.
