Is the Woodbridge Township School District currently taking parents with children on medical home instruction to court?

If so, this is utterly ridiculous considering it's not a truancy matter. Is it true that the district goes into court with a parent with a child on medical home instruction through the Board of Education dozens of times through out the school year?

The district allegedly goes into court telling the judges that the school wants the child to attend school. Then they allegedly tell the school that the judge want the child to go to school.

It's so crazy how they can't seem to see what's going on. It's time to get true justice.
