Obituary: Anna White

Anna White was a two-time president of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4410 in Woodbridge.

Anna White passed away peacefully on Tuesday November 19, 2013 at Care One at The Highlands Care Center. She was 94 years old.

Mrs. White was a lifelong resident of Woodbridge.

She was a faithful communicant of Saint James Catholic Church in Woodbridge and a two time president of the Ladies Auxiliary of Post 4410, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Woodbridge. Mrs. White loved the company of her family and times spent in Maine.

She was predeceased by her husband, Louis G. White, Sr.; and two sons, Lewis G. White and Michael White. Surviving are two daughters, Anna "Ginny" Stanton of Woodbridge and Barbara Herman of Piscataway; a son, James A. White of Woodbridge; a brother, Robert Olivacz of Delaware; five grandchildren, Debra Jaeger, Stacey Harrison, James Eric Jaeger, Michael White and Daniel White; and a great-grandson, Richard "Ricky" Jaeger.

A Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated on Thursday, November 21, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. at Saint James Catholic Church, Woodbridge. Cremation will be private.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Saint James Food Pantry, 148 Grenville Street, Woodbridge, NJ 07095.
