Sea Bright Rising is a local organization dedicated to helping residents and business owners of Sea Bright rebuild after Hurricane Sandy
"An eclectic little town" says Frank Bain, business owner describing Sea Bright New Jersey. A perfect Jersey shore community surrounded by water with spectacular ocean views and the seabreeze constantly blowing. While this town survived many storms, half-century residents had never seen anything like Hurricane Sandy.
Co-owner of Woody's Ocean Grill, Chris Wood has incredible resolve and while riding out the storm organized Sea Bright Rising. Raising money for residents, feeding first responders, encouraging those who lost and holding up the arms of Mayor Dina Long is only the tip of the iceberg in this community's effort to come back, better than ever. DO is the motto, a small word with huge meaning. These words can not do justice to what this organization has done.
