Is there a Difference between Smoked Salmon and Frozen?

I am an LPN who ate my way back to health. Read my continuing story about researching a different kind of nutrition. I used food as my medicine.

Health Benefits of Salmon

BENEFITS RELATED TO OMEGA-3 CONTENT

Salmon has earned its research reputation as a health-supportive food based largely on its unusual omega-3 fatty acid content. It has one of the best sources for omega-3 fatty acid.

Smoked salmon is popular and in some cases it is considered a delicacy.  In Jewish cuisine smoked salmon is called lox and is usually eaten on a bagel with cream cheese. In North America, smoked salmon is often sliced very thinly and served on bread with cream cheese or with sliced red onion, lemon and capers. Slices of smoked salmon are a popular appetizer in Europe, usually served with some kind of bread. Smoked salmon is sometimes used in sushi, though not widely used in Japan it is used in North American sushi bars, for example in a "Philadelphia Roll"

Heres something funny one woman notified the state of NJ that AOL had been been too aggressiveRead More monitoring her posts. The state warned the ISP as a result of the complaint. Now the HuffingPost handles what use to be the AOL boards. Many former posters have left for greener posting opportunites rather then be bullied by half witted nobodies who can't even accept your right to free speech. Now the text messaging generation and older media users are using other services rather than be hounded by people who just like to pretend their your superiors.

The HuffingPost? Is that like the Drug Dealer's Daily? As to the main post, wasn't it just a jokeRead More to name their spam bot Senior Spam Robot? As in Superior, not as in over 55? That's how I read it, anyway.
