It's still early in October, so Halloween isn't for weeks yet. Right?
Not if you're in the Iselin area. Tonight, Iselin Middle School kicks off some really wicked Halloween fun with their Harvestfest.
They are planning a pumpkin patch, a haunted house, something called a "spooky bus ride" (that's worth going to just to see what it is!), and a bunch of other things that include a petting zoo, a rock wall for climbing, a bounce house and bungee run.
Don't forget the candy art, face painting, and other games. Adults can have fun as well with basket raffles and a Super 50/50.
There will be a $3 to enter 'Pumpkin Decorating Contest' and a free costume contests for kids who can't wait til the 31st for dressing up. Lots of food will be available for sale, too.
Harvestfest begins tonight from 5 pm to 9 pm; the raindate is October 6 from 12 noon to 4 pm (and 6 pm to 9 pm for the haunted house.)
