Mr. Kalac, co-founder of Kalac & Barger, concentrates his practice on the representation of children with special needs and their families regarding programming and placement disputes with their local school districts.
Mr. Kalac counsels families in all aspects of special education law with emphasis on the proper development and implementation of individualized education programs (“IEPs”) for children eligible to receive special education and related services.
PAUL BARGER
Mr.Barger concentrates his practice on representing families in disputes involving New Jersey public school districts, with a focus on special education litigation, the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act ("IDEA"), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and civil rights compliance.
Mr. Barger has appeared in the New Jersey Office of Administrative Law, New Jersey Superior Court, Federal District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
