About Paul Barger


Mr.Barger concentrates his practice on representing families in disputes involving New Jersey public school districts, with a focus on special education litigation, the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act ("IDEA"), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and civil rights compliance. Mr. Barger has appeared in the New Jersey Office of Administrative Law, New Jersey Superior Court, Federal District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.


Mr.Barger makes frequent presentations to statewide organizations and to parent groups, where he discusses issues arising under the IDEA and Section 504.
