Has your insurance claim stalled? Here's some free help.

Have you had problems settling an insurance claim from Hurricane Sandy? One Toms River attorney is holding property damage claim seminars for those who want to get the process moving.

Attorney Joseph A. Porcelli is holding two of the seminars, on Friday, January 18, and Saturday, January 19, in the Home Time Dairy Conference Room at the Ocean County Library at 101 Washington Street in Toms River.

Four seminars will be held each day, at 9:30 am to 11:00 am; 11:15 am to 12:45 pm; 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm and 2:45 pm to 4:15 pm.

"Many people have sustained considerable property damage in the aftermath of Super Storm Sandy and since most property damage claims have not been settled as of yet, there is still plenty of time to seek legal advice prior to reporting a claim or while the claim is being adjudicated," Porcelli said in a statement. "Or, if you are not satisfied with your insurance company’s assessment and consequential reimbursement, there is still time to appeal your insurer’s decision."

The seminars are free, but reservations are required. Call 732-244-4451 or 877-529-9191, or email sandyclaims@attorneyporcelli.com by January 16.
