Five Things: Lose the Stress, Hear a Poet

  2. Get less stress. Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Rahway is offering in a self-help group. Registration is required. For more info, call 908-276-2469.
  3. It's storytime at Barnes & Noble. Bring your kids to listen to at the bookstore at Menlo Park Mall at 11 am. The program is held on Tuesdays and Thursdays through Dec. 1. For more info, call 732-548-4179.
  4. Free prostate screenings continue at The Cancer Institute of New Jersey (CINJ) in New Brunswick. In collaboration with the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Community Health Promotion Program, CINJ is hosting at 195 Little Albany Street in New Brunswick.  Screenings will be held from 5 to 8 pm through Wednesday, September 21.  The screening is open to men 40 and older.  Appointments are necessary and can be made by calling 1-888-MD-RWJUH. 
  5. Learn fun stuff for all ages in Rahway. The city is holding its from tots to senior citizens, held in its East Milton Ave. Recreation Center.
