Jennifer White of Carteret, N.J., has joined CW Solutions. As a property acquisition specialist, she brings three years of experience in the real estate industry to her new role.
White is supporting infrastructure development projects involving right-of-way and easement acquisition for the region's utility companies. Her responsibilities include identifying sites, negotiating and acquiring land, land rights, licenses, leases and right of entry agreements for the construction, operation and maintenance of various projects.

"Her background in the commercial real estate sector and experience in managing large-scale projects in diverse markets fits well with our goal to grow our client base."
Additionally, White is adept at analyzing market data and compiling due diligence materials to create long-term financial projections for commercial properties to determine a project's potential value to investors. Prior to joining CW Solutions, she served as a financial analyst for Cushman & Wakefield of Georgia, where she was responsible for creating financial models of commercial properties.
