Five Things: Haunted Houses Galore!

It's a spooky pre-Halloween haunted house fest in today's Five Things.

  • Ghost tours take place tonight at the genuinely spooky in Perth Amboy. The volunteers are holding one hour "ghost tours" tonight starting at 6 pm and tomorrow, starting at 5 pm. Psychic Jane Doherty will conduct the tours, scheduled to run through 10 pm both nights. No registration is required and a suggested donation of $10 per person is requested.   • Step out at a dance. Steppin’ Out Singles will host a tonight at 8 pm at the in Iselin. Costumes are optional and prizes will be awarded for the best costumes.  Admission is $17. For more info, call 732-656-1801.
  • Browse at a craft show. The takes place through October 30 at 50 Atrium Drive in Somerset. There will be more than 275 artisans at the event. More than 275 artisans will have functional and decorative pottery, sculpture, glass, jewelry, fashion, wood, metal, furniture, home accessories, photography and fine art for sale.
