Allstate's Robert Knox celebrated the new agency's opening in Colonia by helping pets at the Woodbridge Animal Shelter.

Allstate New Jersey Insurance Company has opened a new office in Colonia.

Robert Knox, an exclusive agent for Allstate New Jersey, donated $500 to the Woodbridge Animal Shelter at a ceremony to mark the opening of the agency at 537 Inman Avenue.

“I am excited about opening my agency here in Colonia,” said Knox, who has been in the insurance industry for 25 years. “I plan to help people not only with their insurance needs, but to also play an active role through participation in local activities and initiatives. I want my agency to be an asset and a resource to my customers and my community."
