Willie Nile Band Rocks Out Woodbridge Wednesdays

A compatriot of The Boss, Willie Nile and his band will play at a free concert on June 6.


Another season of free concerts is slated for , with Willie Nile Band kicking off the concerts this Wednesday as part of the series.

Nile will be rocking at the at 7:30 pm. Admission to all concerts is free, but remember to bring a lawn chair for seating.

Willie Nile has been around forever, and maintains a close relationship with another famous New Jersey native, Bruce Springsteen. Nile’s band has opened for The Boss, and two years ago, Springsteen joined Niles on stage in Asbury Park where both played a Nile tune.

In the event of rain, the concert will be moved to the auditorium of on Barron Avenue. The free weekly concerts run through August 29.
