MCC Blows Bubbles with 'Blown' Exhibit

Who'd have thought bubble imagery could be so cool?

Several Woodbridge college students couldn't resist the chance to talk to artist Julia Randall at Middlesex College. MCC scholars Collin Khan of Fords and Marlene Beniquez of Port Reading, spoke with with Randall and David Adamcyk, both of whom are being featured at a show at the school.

Randall is being featured at an exhibit at the college. Her show, entitled 'Blown', is where the imaginative artists uses bubble imagery as a metaphor to explore the passage of time, the susceptibility of the body, and desire.

The program, which opened September 27, included a musical performance of the compositions of Adamcyk, who wrote his pieces after being inspired by Randall’'s work.
