Get Out! Have Fun on a Long Memorial Day Weekend

It’s Memorial Day weekend, and with that brings the sounds and smells of barbeque grills being fired up all over town.  But this weekend’s not JUST about the food – it’s still a weekend, and we’ve still got a Get Out! Planner for you.  Kick off the weekend by checking out the history of the 150-year-old Trinity Church at an exhibit at the Barron Arts Center or a horse show up in the Watchung area.  Maybe you’d like to check out a free fitness class up in Cranford or a Family Festival in Livingston on Saturday?  And then there’s a tennis club open house and a singles dance on Sunday.  And of course, there’s plenty of ways honor those who gave all on Memorial Day itself, both in town and nearby.
