Plays in the Park marks its 50th year this summer at Roosevelt Park in Edison. The plays take place at the park located next to Menlo Park Mall and the summer season continues in July with "Damn Yankees." The performances will take place at 8:30 pm on July 13 (rain date July 14), July 16 (rain date July 17) and a sign language interpretation on July 18 (rain date July 19). There are no Sunday performances.
Tickets are $7 for adults, $5 for seniors and no charge for children age 12 and under. Tickets can only be purchased the day of the show. The box office opens at 5:30 p.m. each night and only cash is accepted. Remember to bring lawn chairs. The backs of lawn chairs cannot exceed 40 inches in height.
