Middlesex County Under Tornado Watch

Heavy rain is expected throughout the county today, with the possibility of gusty winds.

The remains of Tropical Storm Karen are bringing wet weather and a tornado warning to Middlesex County.

The National Weather Service issued a tornado watch at 9 a.m. on Monday throughout the state, the warning is in effect until 5 p.m.

Heavy rain is expected throughout the county today, with the possibility of gusty winds. Thunderstorms are expected early this afternoon into the night.

High temperatures will stay around 77, with lows in the lower 50s tonight. Tuesday looks to be sunny with a slight break in the heat, a high of 71 degrees, according to the National Weather Service.
