Love Pets? Angel PAWS Needs Volunteers

The animal shelter, located in the Colonia section of Woodbridge, is in desperate need of volunteers to keep their feline rescues happy.

Have some free time and love pets? You can put your efforts to good use, volunteering for the Colonia-based Angel PAWS rescue group.

Angel PAWS is a non-profit, all-volunteer animal rescue organization, and they desperately need morning volunteers as well as a few evening volunteers to help with the cleaning, feeding, and socializing of the many felines at their Pet Adoption Center.

Morning hours would be from approximately 9 am to 11 am, and the evening shift is from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm.  The shelter is a free roaming facility for cats, so there is lots of interaction with the "residents".  Dogs are taken care of in screened foster homes.
