1. The Woodbridge Metro Chamber of Commerce invites women to a professional development event at 5:30 p.m. today, Thursday, Oct. 3 at the Colonia County Club. Admission is $50.
2. Bring the kids to the Evergreen Youth Center, 400 Inman Ave., for after-school activities. "Wacky Relay" races are the activity of the day from 3:30-5:30 p.m. today.
