Kyrillos Campaign Plans Pricey Fundraiser

Mark your calendar for October 18 for a U.S. Senate fundraiser featuring First Lady Mary Pat Christie, to be held in Woodbridge.


State Senator Joe Kyrillos is coming to Woodbridge for a fundraiser on Thursday, October 18, but if you plan on going, you might want to up the limit on your credit card. 

Tickets start at $250 a person, and go all the way on up to $10,000.

Running for U.S. Senate is definitely not an inexpensive proposition.

The fundraiser for Republican Kyrillos' senate campaign against the incumbent, Democrat Robert Menendez, is going to be held at the Renaissance Woodbridge Hotel in the Iselin section of the township.

The last time Kyrillos was at the Woodbridge hotel was in June, when he attended a fundraiser for Republican presidential contender Mitt Romney.

The cocktail reception is from 6 pm to 8 pm. The special guest will be NJ's First Lady Mary Pat Christie.

The high level memberships for the fundraiser entitle the purchasers to photo-ops with Kyrillos, and presumably, Mrs. Christie, and a number of general admission tickets to the cocktail party. The top tier is $10,000, with the lowest tier starting at $2,500.
