Five-year old to Compete for Miss Northeast America Title

Little Aiyana Ciprian won locally, and she'll soon be on her way to Connecticut for the next round of beauty pageant competitions

She might be pint-sized, but littleΒ Aiyana Ciprian is a powerhouse - on the beauty pageant circuit, at any rate.

The kindergartener walked away with the top honors at the Tiny Miss Perth Amboy pageant, and now she's on her way to Connecticut for the next round of competitions on April 16.

If Aiyana wins, she'll be crowned Miss Northeast America, and bring even more honors and accolades to her kindergarten classmates at E.J. Patten School in Perth Amboy.

The pageant winner says she enjoys ballet and tap dancing, and she's also a tiny cheerleader for the city's Red Raiders youth football team. When she grows up, Aiyana would like to be an actress, star in her own show, and be a teacher - not necessarily in that order.
